IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?

Games can be played by anyone from the age of 10 to the age of 99!
Groups aged under 16 require at least 1 participating adult over the age of 18. Under 16s without the required number of over 18s playing as part of the team will be refused entry and not refunded.
Children under the age of 10 are welcome to try one of our rooms (we recommend the Chocolate Factory), but we strongly recommend that their age and ability to fully engage with the room be considered before booking.

IS IT SUITABLE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?

Unfortunately our premises are not suitable for disabled people. We are on the first floor of a building, there is a full flight of stairs leading to our rooms.

CAN A HARD OF HEARING / DEAF PERSON / TEAM PLAY?

Absolutely. All clues are typed onto a screen in the room for you to read.

HOW CAN I BOOK?

Please pre-book your escape room experience on our website, in advance, to avoid disappointment.

For all rooms that you would like to play less then 18 hours away you will notice the slot says, “Call to Book”. Availability will depend on which Games Masters we have available at short notice. Just give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

CAN I BOOK MULTIPLE ROOMS FOR THE SAME TIME?

The time slots for our escape rooms are set to start at 15-minute intervals to aid customer flow through the reception area. We welcome multiple team / group bookings. To book multiple rooms at once we are happy to adjust the timings as much as possible so that your rooms all start at the same time. Just give us a call to arrange.

CAN I PAY IN CASH?

We only accept payment by card.

CAN WE CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, AND WILL WE BE REFUNDED?

You may cancel or reschedule your booking by giving advance notice. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
Over 7 days’ notice – cancel with a full refund or reschedule your booking (once).
Over 48 hours’ notice but less than 7 days – cancel with 50% refund or reschedule your booking (once).
Cancellations for any reason, including illness, under 48 hours – unfortunately non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your game. Please allow 90 minutes for the full SCRAMM Live Escape experience. This includes a 10–15 minute pre-game brief and introduction, 60 minutes in the room to try to escape, followed by a 10-15 minutes debrief and photo shoot.

WHAT IF WE ARE LATE?

If you are running late, please call us ASAP to let us know!
Due to our rooms having tight time schedules we cannot always accommodate late arrivals so we reserve the right to start your countdown timer at the time of your booking even if you’re not here and no refund will be given.
If you arrive within the first 15 minutes of your booked game time, you will have the option to play the remainder of your allotted time in the game.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your booking you will unfortunately no longer be able to enter your game and no refund will be given.
